PATENT PARALEGAL. We seek a patent paralegal with an excellent understanding of both U.S. and foreign patent prosecution and a minimum of 4 years' experience handling the preparation, filing and maintenance of domestic and foreign patent applications. The position includes responsibility for preparing filing transmittals, maintaining a docket and ensuring that all due dates are met. Qualified candidates must possess strong computer and organizational skills and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
