Meredith L. Ainbinder
Meredith is an associate at Sunstein and an active member of the firm’s IP litigation and copyright practice groups. Meredith has been involved in complex litigation at all stages, from managing discovery through trial and post-trial practice. Her cases have ranged from false advertising and other unfair competition claims in the consumer products arena to trademark infringement on the Internet to patent cases involving cutting-edge telecommunications technology. Before attending law school, Meredith worked in the field of high-technology public relations and brings that industry perspective to bear on helping her clients achieve their business goals.
