Sunstein attorney Lena M. Cavallo has been appointed as co-chair of the Patent Sub-Committee of the Intellectual Property Litigation Committee, part of the Litigation Section, of the American Bar Association (ABA).
Lena focuses on intellectual property litigation and trademark clearance, registration and enforcement. She has been involved in numerous patent litigations in federal court and regularly represents small businesses and individual inventors in patent litigation.
Lena’s previous experience includes working in the General Counsel’s Office and Intellectual Property Department at an international biopharmaceutical company, where she worked on patent prosecution matters. Lena earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
The Intellectual Property Litigation Committee of the ABA is made up of experienced litigators from all over the country working to keep IP litigators informed in all areas relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, the internet, and related unfair competition cases.
