Communicating with Sunstein LLP through the website does not create an attorney-client relationship with the firm or any of our attorneys. Our decision as to whether we agree to represent a client involves consideration of a variety of factors, discussion with a prospective client, and, where appropriate, a written agreement.

Bryan is a trial-tested litigation associate at Sunstein concentrating in trade secret, patent and other intellectual property litigation. Bryan represents both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state court and has been involved in two jury trials.
Bryan successfully obtained a permanent injunction against the wrongful use of trade secrets and, in the process, an award of attorneys’ fees. Prior to joining Sunstein, Bryan worked for a large law firm in Boston as a commercial litigation associate handling numerous and varied matters, including a franchise dispute, payor-payee disputes, a post-sale breach of warranty dispute, and second-chairing an 8-day arbitration before the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
Bryan attended Boston College Law School and Bates College, where he studied biochemistry. Prior to attending law school, Bryan worked in a clinical genetics laboratory developing and validating new genetic tests.
