Lisa M. Tittemore Named IP "Go To Lawyer" by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

Lisa M. Tittemore, chair of the litigation practice at Sunstein LLP, has been named an Intellectual Property “Go To Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, Massachusetts’ premier publication covering the law and the legal community.

Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly identifies a “Go To Lawyer” as “an expert in his or her field; a senior attorney well-versed in case law, statutes and regulations.” Additionally, a “Go To Lawyer” must be experienced, with a record of success in cases and/or transactions, someone to whom other lawyers make referrals because of his or her expertise and accomplishments, and someone who thinks creatively and identifies all options for a client.

Lisa is a seasoned litigator, serving as lead counsel in patent, trademark and copyright litigation in federal courts throughout the United States. She has extensive experience in intellectual property matters, providing strategic counsel to clients on both domestic and international issues and guiding the firm’s efforts in protecting and enforcing clients’ valuable brands and ideas. Lisa is a member of the firm’s Management Committee, and has held numerous leadership positions in local and national bar associations.
